Unfortunately we don’t currently have Ketoscan servicing facilities available in Ireland. We hope to resolve this as soon as possible. A KETOSCAN Mini cartridge change service with AlcoDigital costs €39. This cost includes a new cartridge, recalibration and a service check to ensure your device is working as it should be.

It’s easy to book your KETOSCAN Mini in for a service – just follow the steps below.

STEP 1

Buy a service via the button below.

Once you’ve completed the checkout process, print a copy of the invoice to include with your KETOSCAN Mini when you send it to us. If you don’t have a printer, just include your name, address and reference number inside – we will then know that the device belongs to you.

Package your KETOSCAN Mini up carefully.

We’d suggest bubble wrap and a padded envelope; if you have the original packaging, better still. We would also suggest an insured delivery method that will cover your device should it go missing in the post.

Why do I need a cartridge change service?

The Ketoscan Mini detects ketones in extremely low concentrations, so the electrochemical cartridge inside it is very sensitive. If you use your device frequently, it is inevitably contaminated by particles in your breath. By replacing it at intervals of 300 tests, you can continue to be confident in the accuracy of your KETOSCAN Mini.

When should I send my KETOSCAN Mini for a service?

Your KETOSCAN Mini will display an alert message rafter 300 tests. Your device will stop working after 320 tests, so we recommend that you book your KETOSCAN Mini cartridge change service as soon as you see the 300 test alert message on your device.

How much is return postage?

Return delivery via Royal Mail (5-7 days) to Ireland is free.

Alternatively, you can select our express courier delivery (1-2 days) at checkout – this is €20.

How do I send my KETOSCAN Mini to you?
